Booking Terms
A short, plain-English summary of what happens when you book a class.
Booking and payment
Classes are booked and paid for online, one class at a time. Your place is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment through Stripe; it is only confirmed once payment has gone through. The full price shown on the class is the total — there are no booking fees.
Places and capacity
Classes are deliberately small. When a class is full you can join the waiting list and Abbie will be in touch if a place opens up. Availability shown on the website always reflects confirmed bookings against the class capacity.
Health questionnaire
Before your first class you complete a health questionnaire and waiver. See Health Waiver / PAR-Q information. It is kept on file so you only complete it once, and you must tell Abbie if your health changes.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class. Full details are on the cancellation policy page.
Where classes take place
The Woodcroft Club, 254 Eltham High Street, London SE9 1AA. Please arrive in good time so the class can start calmly.
